Lavishly's Lines Week #11

1-8 Tulsa @ 3-6 Wichita  Wichita just played and lost to Dallas two times in a row, but what they learned will make them a better team.  I think that they should be able to pull off the win at home against a Tulsa team that also is improving and learning about itself as a team in their first year in the PASL.  Wichita -2 o/u 14

3-6 Ontario @ 2-7 Turlock  Who knows what Ontario team will show up in Turlock to play the Express.  So far they have not fielded the same team on the road that they have at home, and I can only assume that they will not suite up their whole team.  Ontario -1 o/u 14

2-7 Turlock @ 2-8 Sacramento  I think Sacramento is on a roll after beating Bay Area and they will pick up a close win at home against the Express.  Sacramento -1 o/u 11

8-1 Las Vegas @ 7-2 San Diego  The Sockers are rolling, but Las Vegas has picked up a shiny new weapon for their arsenal in Israel Sesay that will help them in their game against the Sockers at the VVCC.  The Legends didn't show up the last time these two teams played in Las Vegas so I would not be surprised to see a determined Tovar bring out the best in his team.  San Diego -2.5 o/u 15

5-4 Detroit @ 8-3 Cleveland  Detroit travels to Cleveland to try and pick away at the Freeze's lead over the Waza in the East, but Cleveland will not go down without a fight.  Detroit is coming off of two back to back wins against Cincinnati and seems to playing improved soccer compared to their sluggish start to the season.  Detroit will play division rival Cleveland 3 more times before the end of the season where they will try and hold on to the third spot in the Eastern division and sneak into the playoffs.  Cleveland -1 o/u 17

8-2 Dallas @ 0-8 Texas  Dallas hasn't really been blowing weaker teams out of the this season, so my guess is Dallas -6 o/u 12

3-5 Harrisburg @ 3-6 Cincinnati  Harrisburg, who has probably the toughest second half of the season out of any team in the PASL, has to face Chicago 3 times, Dallas once, and Detroit once.  If they want to make it to the playoff they need to start winning, but it won't come easy against the Saints.  Cincinnati just picked up a new coach and maybe the boost of new leadership will spark the Saints to a winning run that could possibly put them into the third and final playoff spot in the East.  Cincinnati -1 o/u 15

8-0 Chicago @ 1-9 Illinois  Chicago -7 o/u 13

3-6 Ontario @ 5-5 Bay Area  After seeing the result of the Ontario game against Turlock I have decided to set the line at Bay Area -1 o/u 12

7-1 Hidalgo @ 4-5 Saltillo Hidalgo makes trip to Saltillo, who is in the middle of their 6 game home stand.  I predict that Saltillo puts up a big fight and give La Fiera a run for their money in front of the Rancho Seco home crowd.  Hidalgo -1 o/u 17

8-1 Las Vegas @ 4-5 Mexico Getting a win in Tijuana is never easy, but Las Vegas is a good enough team to make the adjustments necessary to come out of Mexico with a win.  This will be a hard fought battle and the Legends will be fatigued from the game the night before in SD.  Las Vegas -0.5 o/u 14

3-5 Harrisburg @ 5-4 Detroit  The Heat have faced off with the Waza three times so far this season, and they have won twice, but Detroit won't let this one go at home.  Both teams will be coming off of games the night before and be dealing with the fatigue of travel.  Detroit -2 o/u 12

7-1 Hidalgo @ 10-1 Monterrey  This is turning out to be one of the best rivalries in the PASL and everyone of their games this season has came down to overtime.  I will give Monterrey the spread only because they are at home and La Fiera will be fatigued, but both teams have the potential to win this one.  Monterrey -1 o/u 11
